ALL OF OUR TRAINERS ARE certificate IV CERTIFIED, WHICH MEANS THEY’VE BEEN TRAINED IN ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY, AND NUTRITION. THEY UNDERSTAND THAT NO TWO BODIES ARE ALIKE AND WILL WORK WITH YOU TO GET FIT AT THE RIGHT PACE.
