STINA

The work you put in on your yoga mat is time well spent. The connection between breath and movement set this practice apart from other forms of exercise. Yoga is a life long practice and it is never too late to begin.

I have been practicing and teaching yoga daily for almost two decades, and I have been involved in yoga teacher trainings to inspire yoga teachers. I have studied under the best in their respective fields and I have taught privates, celebrities, workshops, and festival goers. It has brought me to where I am now, taking my passion for yoga and my interest for anatomy and physiology to study osteopathy at SCU.

Melding all my experiences together, I feel I have the best job in the world; connecting with people and watching them lead a healthier and happier life.

Now I would love to connect with you, please come and meet me on the mat.
